Had been before, revisited this year, was not disappointed at all. Went for the lights which were nice but the hospitality at this hotel was much better. Just stayed for one night - rooms slightly on the small size with tiny shower room but for a one night didnt bother us at all.
Very very friendly hoteliers and nice cooked breakfast in the morning.
It is was up in Bispham so 5km away from town centre but I enjoyed the walk into town and only £8 taxi...

I have just spent 2 nights at the Langwood and came home feeling like I had just left family behind.. The welcome we got on arrival was fantastic Smiler came out to meet us. I had read some of the previous reviews but did what i normally do and went with an open mind .... I`m so glad i did...

just got back after a quick night away found a gem of a place out of all b&b's such a lovley couple always got a smile and couldn't do enough for us .rooms so comfortable just didnt want to get out of bed, breakfast lovley and plenty of it went back after walking the illuminations to find they had entertainment...

This hotel is good value for money,the rooms are good, breakfast as much as you want.
But the manager is very helpful. He gave us times for the tram and buses, found the address for the restaurant that we wanted to go to, and always asked if we had a good day.

Sometimes all people need is just a smile and a warm welcome,people need to feel at home,and that is exactly how i felt. Great service and brilliant atmosphere, Nice clean room,well cooked food served on time,most importantly is the attitude and the good customer care displayed by the owner. Definately i will come back and refer my mates as well.

Lovely hotel, very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lovely big cooked breakfast, plus cereals and fruit and juices. Bingo and other entertainment every night.

There's nothing to really say about the Langwood except that it's absolutely fantastic. Great service with a smile and you're made to feel extremely welcome. Great location, great price and even greater staff. Would most definitely come back.
