Nice lovely, homely hotel, Dave & Marjorie were there to answer questions and point us in the right direction for an evening meal (the nearby Nunzies Italian, very good). Pleasant enjoyable one night stay, thank you.

13 of us stayed for one night. Location good and the sea views excellent. Rooms spacious and very clean with the comfiest pillows ever. The best part of our stay was Tim the manager. I can honestly say he was the best host ever. So friendly and helpful and cooks an amazing breakfast. Well worth the money we paid

Triple room with sea view was booked through booking.com and this all went smoothly. The manager is very helpful and friendly and made us feel at home which was great. The room was comfy and reasonable size and we did enjoy waking up to the sea view. Decor is perhaps a bit dated but all was generally well maintained though... More

Very friendly and welcoming B&B, the manager made us feel very welcome as soon as we got there. The sea view was amazing. The room had plenty of room for the 3 of us. We were also able to keep our car in the car park after checking out and welcomed back in to use the facilities after spending our... More

No trouble parking. Tim the owner couldn't be more helpful, my 10 year old daughter thought he was great. Stayed on top floor with a beautiful view. Okay, the rooms might need a little updating, but it had everything we needed, and was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was a highlight, I doubt anyone would leave hungry. Tram stop very... More

Lovely welcoming hotel, staff were very helpful, provided us with wrist bands for discount in surrounding clubs/pubs/food places. Breakfast was good and rooms were clean, old fashioned but very homely. Would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to stay In Blackpool! Fab place to stay

Tim the manager is very welcoming and accomodating always up for a chat and a giggle Breakfast was brill cereals, toast, and fully cooked breakfast, tea/coffee Rooms... More

Well it was my first time in Blackpool. My friend booked this hotel for us. It was very basic, clean and room we stayed in 26...was for 3 people...very tiny. Shower wasnt the best either too hot or too cold...if worked at all. The single bed was dodgy and broken. Breakfast was fab though. All in all it was ok....did... More
