Location was great if you want to be down the south side of Blackpool really close to both south and central piers... More

This was my 3rd year here... somewhere looked forward to going every year now for a break. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them to make your stay enjoyable. Always a welcoming smile. The hotel is very homely, comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts were excellent ... and plenty of it! I cannot fault... More

this was probably our 10th stay at the osborne hotel and have to say we are always treated more like family than friends .... In terms of cleanliness and value for money this hotel is second to none,we introduced friends of ours and they too would not use any other hotel.... already looking forward to our next visit .....

After our original Blackpool booking thru expedia fell thru when we checked in, we were eventually found alternate accommodation at The Osborne. A basic family room with basic amenities, but just what we needed. (far better than sleeping in our car!!!). We found all the UK beds too small (we are used to a Queen size being 6'1 & 5'9... More

The location was fine. The room was very below average. It was supposed to be a family room - there was a three quarter bed and a bunk plus a very small bathroom which just managed to fit a toilet, small sink and tiny shower.
