Stayed here boxing day with my partner, 9 year old step daughter and 2 year old daughter in a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. Dave was very welcoming, the hotel itself was clean, breakfast was lovely catering for us all, the beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. Overall a great place to stay with the... More

Stated for 1 night. Excellent value for money. Lovely clean warm room. Dave was very helpful and friendly. Ideal place as away from the hustle and bustle but only a short walk to all attractions. We go quite often for 1 night and will definitely be going here again. Lovely breakfast in the morning

Stayed here for one night on Saturday taking four rooms for our families, we had no issues with cleanliness, and Dave came to every room and made sure everything was ok, present and correct. There is no bar but he had no issues with us having a late night quiet drink in the pool room and even offered to put... More

The rooms were clean and comfortable and we stayed in a four poster bed room which had a tv, kettle, cups, two chairs and obviously the bed! There was also an ensuite shower which was also very clean. The breakfast, which is included, was lovely. It consisted of a... More

Fantastic in every aspect. The owners are great and help with every matter possible. They are simply genuine and down to earth people who couldn't do enough for others. The hotel itself is everything you need for a stay in Blackpool.

Only stayed for one night there was 3 of us. Dave was really friendly and approachable and nothin was too much trouble! Breakfast was perfectly cooked and as we were the only residents he allowed us to tell him what time we'd be ready for breakfast. Just about within walking distance of everything. Will be staying again.

We had only booked this hotel for a one night getaway, and wow now i know why it has awesome reviews. We arrived on a Friday late afternoon and parked easily enough directly outside the hotel, Dave greeted us warmly and professionally on arrival. We were shown to room 3 which has a 4 poster bed, it was absolutely spotless... More
