The room and ensuite were both spotlessly clean and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Lesley and Kevin were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.... More

Stayed one night only, but couldn't have asked for better hosts than Kevin and Lesley. Very friendly on arrival, offering warm drinks on a cold evening.Room of a very high standard. Ten minute walk to football ground and short distance to sea front. Lesley also cooks you a excellent full English breakfast. Many Thanks Gary and Nathaniel Lowestoft Suffolk

From the moment I walked through the door, Lesley was very friendly, welcoming and made me feel right at home. The guest rooms have been done to a very high standard, with a comfy bed and excellent en-suite bathroom. I had the... More

Stayed for four nights whilst on a combined business/leisure trip in Blackpool and the Lancashire area. Checked in late on the first night after delays to the trains, but this was no problem for Lesley, who even made a much-needed pot of tea within about 5 minutes of me walking through the door! Room was on the first floor, clean... More
