A warm welcome makes a difference, and gets things off to a positive start. Busy narrow road about a 10 min walk to the Pleasure Beach. We stayed in the recently refurbished Deluxe Double room and it certainly was deluxe, the bed was really comfy, the room was... More

I only spent a Saturday night here but this small hotel is perfect. It's in a great location, with a short walk to the seafront, local train station and the football ground. The room and ensuite were both spotlessly clean and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. Lesley and Kevin were very helpful and friendly without being intrusive.... More

Stayed one night only, but couldn't have asked for better hosts than Kevin and Lesley. Very friendly on arrival, offering warm drinks on a cold evening.Room of a very high standard. Ten minute walk to football ground and short distance to sea front. Lesley also cooks you a excellent full English breakfast. Many Thanks Gary and Nathaniel Lowestoft Suffolk

From the very first contact I had with Lesley & Kevin they did everything they could do to accommodate us. We stayed in their newly modernised double room, which was absolutely immaculate and done to a very high standard!... More
