never met such a rude and obnoxious woman in my life, it was that bad we asked for our money back and went elsewhere, i would advise anyone going to blackpool to avoid this place like the plague.!!!!!!!!!

I have stayed at the Westfield 5 times now, and every time it has been a pleasure. The owners Joyce and Michael are very friendly and helpful. They make you feel very welcome immediately.
