I really cannot understand why this hotel has recieved such bad reviews. I mean its not going to be 5star, but you dont expect that when you pay so little. The new promenade is in a great location: within stumbeling distance from "the manchester" - really good night club if you're up for a good time; just a short walk... more
ive stayed at the cenral spa 3 x now, and have never had a bad stay yet, ok its pretty basic but the rooms are clean and comfortable and its fairly cheap to stay there, the staff are friendly and they do the best breakie ever! also its in a really good location, i would def recommend it more
My husband, myself and two children aged 6 & 3 years stayed here for 1 night, and that was enough. The entrance way was shabby and dirty, the ceilings all had mould coming through. We stayed here from the 21st to the 24th Sep. There was myself, wife, daughter and 2 grandchildren. We put our bags in our room and left about 2.30 to have a look around. We arrived at the central spa on friday september 7th, full of great expectations from what is on their website. Regarding this report.It seems strange that we get this report after being on trip advisor for maybe six months without any bad reports.This report is total rubbish in every respect and i suspect skulduggery to discredit my hotel[especially as the other report concerns the same date].Everything from the hanging off wallpaper to the pizzas and the drunken receptionist is ficticious...
