We stayed at the Ardsley for the second time whilst watching a show this weekend. The owners are very welcoming and pleasant. The stay was enjoyable but on this occasion, the room we had was let down by a lingering smell (room 3) & the room was a little small / cramped. That's just me being honest about it though... More

We were sorry to hear our guest was a little disappointed with the room, had we known at the time we could have done something about it. We do appreciate all our reviews and thank our guests for them. More

A warm welcome awaits you at the Ardsley. My husband and I have just returned from a few days away on our own without the kids and we had a wonderful time. The Ardsley was a fantastic choice, it is situated close to everything we needed and more. Our room (double en suite) was spacious, clean and very comfortable, breakfast... More

My husband and I stayed here for a 2 night stay as we had been let down by another hotel. Christine and Reg are the owners and they are a very pleasant couple. We were there to see Rod Stewart at Blackpool football club. The B&B was in an ideal location. Only a 5 min walk away. The room was... More

We stayed here with our daughter aged 5 for two nights during half term. The rooms were basic but en-suite and very clean. The hosts were very friendly and approachable, they couldn't do enough for us. The bar is great and we were able to take our daughter down there after we had been out on an evening. It was... More

Spent 3 nights here. Cleanliness second to none, close to all attractions and not far from Blackpool North railway station. Owners very aproachable and friendly. Breakfast excellent. The only small critciism was of noisey guests returning late and noisy going to their rooms at 1am ish on all 3 nights! Otherwise excellent!

We booked a two night stay through Late Rooms and were not sure what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. Fab location handy for all tourist stuff but quietly tucked away enough for a quiet nights sleep. The owners were very accommoadting and as respectful to our two teenage boys as they were to us. The hotel was clean... More
