As late additions to the trip, we were filling in and looking forward to a cheap weekend away. 24 people and a minibus arrived noon on Saturday. We got room 3. Dumped bags went pub. Back to change at 5ish - so the room- cold to start but soon warmed up with radiator turned on. Water was very hot. Nice... More

It was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that annoyed us was that they forgot to stock up with milk and toilet roll. Breakfast was ok but very small. The staff were polite and helpful. Also let us leave the car after we checked out

Just stayed on a Friday night. Hotel was clean but not best quality linen, perfectly fine for what we had paid. One criticism, breakfast was 8 till 9 and checkout at 10. Not the best after having a night on the town. We also had to move the car from the small car park for the next visitors so had... More

We have just returned from a 1 night stay at the Lancastria. Owner was nice, friendly and advised us where to park etc. We stayed in room 3. Double bed with another single in the corner. Room was nice enough and clean with tea and coffee facilities in the room - nice touch. Decor was a bit old fashioned though... More

Stopped for weekend with friends as our daughters were all dancing at Winter Gardens. Great location, clean and spacious rooms. Fully accommodating when it came to breakfast and served earlier for us all. Friendly and welcoming b&b. Carry on doing what you do best. Will definitely return.

Lovely clean room, really comfy beds, nice staff and fab cooked breakfast. It was all at a very reasonable price. They even sent my phone charger back to me because I left it behind! Would definitely stay there again. Overall just what we were looking for :)

very very scruffy place, beds were old breakfast was dried up. stayed here for one night and that was enough. they need to give this place a makeover, and the owner needs to get some people skills (very abrupt) wont be returning to this place.

We always do our best to meet guest expectations and are disappointed when this does not occur. We value feedback and would always prefer to rectify issues when brought to our attention during a stay. Alternatively, we will assist in finding alternative accommodation. On this occasion, we accommodated various requests in advance of the guest's stay for car parking, late... More

I would recommend this hotel as a great place to stay at the Tower end of Blackpool. We were in the top room...1 x double bed and single bed for the 4yr old. Good use of space and included a little bathroom with shower (husband reliably informs me it was a bit of trickle!). Clean, warm and comfortable with views... More
