My wife and myself just stayed at this hotel for 2 nights .The room we stayed in was very cosy and clean .The bed also was very comfortable and the en suite bathroom was wonderful .The couple who ran this hotel were extremely friendly and they had conversations with the guests while we had our breakfast downstairs .They made you... My wife and I,Son and Daughter in law stayed for 2 nights in October attending a convention. The rooms were ultra clean and comfortable. Tea making facilities and TV. Breakfast was well cooked, plentiful and delicious. The owners were really helpful and friendly, cannot recommend this B&B enough. Ideal for Families.

A discount voucher was used towards paying for this hotel: I would have been slightly disappointed with it at full price but mainly because there was no disabled access (my fault for forgetting to ask) The hotel is situated in the North end of Blackpool, past the Norbreck Castle Hotel and up a side street. Easy walking distance to tram... More

room was spotless and comfortable, location was great, near north pier but a day ticket for trams incl bus is only £5 for a day ticket. Breakfast was very nice and sets you up for the day, overall its a lovey b&b in a great location. Will definitely stay again would recommend the weekend of lights turn on if they... More

Stayed here for a mini budget family break. Room size adequate for 2 Adults and 1 child - good budget B&B plus we got a good deal online with a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine on arrival. Freeview TV kept little one occupied in the room when we were getting ready to head out. Breakfast is served promptly at 8.30am... More

I've just stayed here with my 2 Daughters and 4 grandkids. I had a double room and the others had an adjoining family room. This worked really well apart from it being on the top floor. The rooms were basic but very clean and comfortable. Great price too. Parking was a bit hit and miss, but ok. Breakfast was fine... More

We stayed here in March, and had a great time in Blackpool. However, having stayed at this place has put us off Blackpool in general! The couple who run the place are horrible, and plain rude. I am not sure how they can run a place with the attitude they have. The room was filthy, and the breakfast inedible. We... More

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely guy called Roy who checked us in. Then Christine introduced herself and took us to our room she was very friendly and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and comfortable with extra blankets on top of the wardrobe, the breakfast was very nice which was a... More

We were a little worried when we arrived as the inside of the hallway was a bit dark and dated. We were led up the stairs to a very clean room with crisp bedding, clean towels and most importantly( with 3 children) a TV. The En-suite was very modern and also spotlessly clean. In our opinion it was a great room... More
