we were welcomed by the owners, who became friends during our 3 night stay, gave us lots of tips for good places to eat and drink, as well as the ones to avoid. my single room was small but had every thing i wanted, and a very, very comfy bed and two lovely pillows, could not fault it. the breakfasts... more

I booked a room at the malrow hotel in blackpool. though i never stayed at the hotel i had first class experiance of the lack of customer service skills.
