When we arrived we where greeted with a cup of tea with Biscuits and a friendly welcome. Our room was clean modern and well decorated and the bed was really comfy. One of the best nights sleep we have had. Also allowed us to leave our bags in the hallway and keep hold of the keys to collect them later... More

We received a very friendly welcome from Trevor and Steve, who are genuinely wonderful hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and the communal lounge and bar area was a very relaxing and enjoyable place to hang out. We had a lovely sea-view room and the hotel is a genuine 15 minute stroll along the promenade to the North Pier. Everything... More

The motto for this hotel is "arrive as guests, leave as friends". We thought that this was a nice idea - but never imagined that it would apply to us!! How wrong we were - from the moment we arrived we felt as though we had come to visit friends - the first thing that Trevor did was to make... More

Can't say enough good things about this little gem of a hotel. From the minute we steped in the door we were met by Steve with the warmest of welcomes. Spotlessly clean and great breakfast. Highly recommend. Would defiantly stay again. A big thanks to Steve and Trevor from Darren and Lesley (room4)

A nice hotel which is having a make over of all its rooms. Our room had a lovely sea view and was fairly big. The only problem we had was with the tv which was extremely old and if we had a window open we couldn't hear it at all as the volume would not go up! The hosts Steve... More

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry that the television volume wasn't working but we have rectified the problem now. We normally offer a room refresh for guests and I apologise that it didn't happen on this occasion. I hope that you both enjoyed the rest of your trip and we look forward to seeing you again. More
