I was worried about staying here after reading all the bad reviews on how they didn't like younger couples or how they seemed grumpy and generally not nice hoteliers. I was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely nice and chatty they were with me and my husband. We came to blackpool for the punk weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The... More

This place is a very good example of small Blackpool hotels, its clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, has a small bar and lounge and the owners are very attentive. You'll get a good breakfast and there are evening meals on request. The rooms vary, both in design layout and occupancy, and they are spread over 3 levels (don't worry about... More

I stayed at this hotel with my Mum for one evening, The room was very nice and clean, with two chairs and a table, which gave us somewhere to sit and rest rather than having to sit on the beds. The bathroom although small was clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was lovely. It was a little out... More

Not very pressed to say the least. The room was overlooking a brick wall. Smelt musty & the decoration was quite awful. The shower was absolutely dreadful. Could not regulate the temperature so taking a shower was actually a pain. The only good point is the breakfast. That was good. Sadly, The owners weren't very pleasant or friendly. Needless to... Myself and husband stayed at this hotel a couple of weeks ago for two nights, the owners were very helpful and really nice to speak too, the rooms were spacious and airy and the bed was very clean and comfortable. We can recommend the breakfasts too..... will be staying again on our return to blackpool.

Great value and a reasonable standard throughout. Clean but do with some updates but for the price we paid it is more than acceptable. Breakfast was a good belly filler with a nice sausage. Don't expect the ritz but one of the better places to stay at this price range.

We had a very warm welcome from the hosts. Parking was a problem as we had to park a mile away. The Hotel was spotless clean, rooms cleaned everyday of our stay. the breakfast was very good and the hosts very knowledgeable on places to visit. Tram and Bus stops only a couple of minutes walk so was very easy... More

The hotel was conveniently near Blackpool North train station but only about a ten minute walk from the centre of Blackpool. The room was quiet and clean. Internet access was also good. Would happily stay there again
