Room was clean, but tiny, Wallpaper peeling in some places, bathroom tiny, shower cubicle just big enough to turn around it. Found this hotel on the web and was made very welcome. Rooms were clean and tidy. Meals had wide choice and were excellent.Also given hints on where to find entertainment. Had easy access to trams and walking distance from the north pier. more

this hotel we found to be spotless the food was very good choice of menu nothing was to much for the management and staff they were very obligeing the hotel is situated near the theatres we had alovely stay so we have booked to go back july and october excellent hotel more

We turned up at dinner time and were made to feel like we were a pain. It probably was a pain, but we could have been told to take a seat rather than just left standing in the lobby with no idea as to when he would return. Room was advertised as a Superior Twin which it definately was not.... more
