Great location for Winter Gardens, shops and beach. Owners very friendly and chatty, superb cooked breakfast in the morning. Fab nights sleep and one of the comfiest hotel beds ever. Clean, tidy and most definately value for money.

were to start? From the minute i got there to the minute i left i was made to feel comfortable, diane made you feel like a member of the family the rooms were spacious n clean, the bed was well comfy,the breakfast was top n there was plenty of variety. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.

excellent service ,great value and we took our 4 month old baby who was looked after well by the guests and facilities,couldnt give any negative words about this lovely hotel get there if you are are thinking of visiting blackpool,you wont be dissapointed,breakfast was a10 out of 10 as well ,be back soon. becky,paul and baby jack.

We stayed for a cpl of days over the easter holidays and very much enjoyed our stay was very clean, we stayed in the family room which was nice, the ower also made us sandwiches for our journey home and gave the kids easter eggs which was really nice, would defo stay there again.

Nice little hotel, clean and good breakfast. Licensed - however despite saying we would be back after the show for a drink in the bar. On our return at 10,20pm we found the lounge and bar locked to guests.
