Went to the hotel for a 2night stay very warm welcome, had a nice view of the sea breakfast and cuffet was very nice, only downfall my window handle was broke and toilet like didnt work but were fixes asap

We have just been for a weekend treat, treat? NOT! 1st we were given keys to a room someone was already in. Bathroom? We had to sit on a step to brush our teeth, had 2 hot taps, toilet seat moved!
