Arriving at the Kensington we were greeted by the most friendly welcoming owners, hotel is immaculatley clean, very well kept. The owner showed us 2 rooms to choose from and took the seaview room - amazing - again spotless! Had breakfast in the morning - brilliant! Well cooked - not greasy or overdone but just right. Cabaret was very good... More

We spent 1 night at the hotel in November....thankfully only one night! Upon arrival the receptionist(possibly also the owner) was far from welcoming. We went up to our room via the lift only to discover that you need to go up and down lots of stairs anyway to get to it as the lift only serves part of the hotel.... More

We stayed at the Kensington last weekend as it was booked by friends. Lets start with the good things, the food was OK and the dining room very tastefully decorated, its a shame the rest of the hotel is not. Our room was dirty, hand marks all over the doors, room sloped one way, bathroom sloped opposite way. Carpet filthy... More

We booked 3 rooms for 6 adults & 2 small children for 2 nights at a cost of £491.00 only 1 room had breakfast included which the couple didn't have because of... More

This hotel cannot even be described as a hotel. The entrance was dirty, the doors were broke, we had to go through the "games room" to get to the reception which had a very bad odour to it. We were told there would be parking, which there wasn't, when we asked where to put our car they replied it was... More
