We booked this hotel as looked really nice on the website. When we arrived we were really disapointed from the start. The hotel didnt even look open. As we walked through there was a horrible smell it wasnt nice at all. The room they put us in was awful. We had booked a family room as we had our small... More

Well when we arrived we were greeted by Mike and Honey, they immediately welcomed us with open arms. This hotel has a great family feeling to it, the hosts and other guests were great, especially Carl and Tracey who organised all the fun and games. If you are looking for 5* then this place isn't for you, however if you... More

Ten of us stayed in November and were very pleased with the hotel. It is clean and very well located on the sea front. The staff are friendly and again we were pleased with their service. A big plus was the free car parking on first come first served basis. The hotel is good value for money and we will... More

Stayed for 1 night as just somewhere to get our heads down after a night out with friends. Fine if thats all your after, though I would shower before you arrive. Our shower had 1 temperature (cold) as the dial to control it just spun. And our friends in another room couldn't turn theres off. Still the same the following... More

Wow! The first thing we saw when we pulled up was an entire family being escorted out of the hotel and into the back of a police van, marvellous! Reception staff were friendly, quickly shown to our rooms. Unfortunately there was a horrible smell throughout all of the upstairs corridors. The heating did not appear to be on, but the... More

Ignore the poor reviews. Some people can never be deified. With14 in our group it would be easy to get somethings wrong with the booking. They didn't. We were greeted well and checked in easily. Staff very friendly and happy to assist. Children were treated well and evening Buffet excellent value though maybe a bit spicy for some. Only criticism... More
