We spent 1 night at the hotel in November....thankfully only one night! Upon arrival the receptionist(possibly also the owner) was far from welcoming. We went up to our room via the lift only to discover that you need to go up and down lots of stairs anyway to get to it as the lift only serves part of the hotel.... More
