This was our first visit to Edenfield and we were not disappointed. We can fully understand how they won the prestigious award of 4 in a bed. High standards have been set and maintained by the owners Alec and Craig with full support from their workforce Alan and John. This was a 4 night Xmas break [ 24-28th December] On... More

stayed here early November. 2014, in room 1. Everything you needed was in the room, little touches that make all the difference, such as a welcoming tea or coffee on arrival, any time of day, bags carried to your room etc. Hosts were really attentive, but at the same time in no way pushy. Breakfast was freshly cooked and really... More

My partner and I have just returned from this gem of a guesthouse. Alec and Craig deserve every success in all they do. From arriving on the Tuesday afternoon to leaving Thursday morning, they were the perfect hosts. We stayed in the 'Red Room' which was immaculate. Last time in Blackpool we stayed in a large hotel which is part... More

You don't get better than this, from the greeting to the goodbyes it's excellent, Tom and Mel are the best hosts and nothing is too much trouble, the Edenfield looks good from the outside and the inside is even better, large rooms, large ensuite with room to move and all uniquely decorated spotlessly clean and homely, can't recommend the combination... Well what can I say...The Edenfield is just perfect. A little bit of luxury in a beautiful setting. Tom and Mel really looked after us. We arrived 2 hours before check in but the room was ready so Tom said in you come, he carried my case up the stairs too! We stayed in the red room, it was beautifully... More
