Stopped over for a couple of nights and the welcome couldn't have been better. Alec unloaded our cases and took them up to the room having first made us a cup of tea and a pot of coffee. The room was immaculate, warm and everything was amazing. Both Alec and Craig were excellent hosts and we would recommend this B&B... More

We stayed for just 1 night at this hotel. To say we were impressed is an understatement. Beautiful and clean. All needs are catered for with no exception. Beautifully decorated and the co-ordination of bedding and decoration in the bedroom was fantastic. The welcome was very warm and friendly with an offer of tea as soon as we arrived. Breakfast... I booked a room here for myself and my partner to escape for the valentine's weekend. On arrival, Alec welcomed us and offered a pot of tea and some biscuits. After driving from London, this was very much needed. We were taken to our room, which was great, it was clean, cosy and very comfortable. Breakfast was cooked by Craig,... More

Lovely warm welcome, fantastic room, great breakfast. Having stayed at other Blackpool guest houses in the past this is by far the best. Added bonus of parking was great too. You deserve the awards you have won. Thanks!

My boyfriend and I came upon this place purely by accident and as it turns out.....amazing luck! We had driven down from Newcastle, in the pouring rain but were given a genuinely warm welcome from Alec on Sat 1st Feb. He took the trouble to help park the car securely, and spent ages chatting to us in the cosy bar... More

Smiling faces and a cup of tea to welcome us. Rooms are always clean and comfortable and nothing is too much trouble for Craig and Alex. A relaxing place to stay, we wouldn't go anywhere else in blackpool.

We stayed at the Edenfield for the first time this New Year on high recommendation of our two best friends Karen and Angela who are now on their third year. We couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome, nothing was too much trouble and the hospitality was second to none. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean and... More

Just returned from this guest house and like everyone else it was fantastic. The hosts Alec and Craig are true gents, there hospitality is superb.
