Never usually write reviews but felt I had too for this B&B. Could not fault this B&B or host Jo!! Never felt so welcomed in a place...rooms were clean as was the whole place not one spot of dust anywhere!! Was with my 8 year old who is beyond fussy but loved it here (esp cause they had coco pops)...breakfast... More

My Eldest son chose this guest house after trawling the internet for hours. I must say he chose well, our room had an unusual lay out with a separate kids room within a room, the boys had bunk beds, their own ensuite shower room and TV. Breakfast was full English, sensible Portion sizes and great quality ingredients. There was also... More

Lovely b&b,we stayed in a family room with a double bed and bunk beds, First impression is very friendly helpful staff,it's a little dated but spotlessly clean and tidy. The b&b is quite far from the center but the tramp stop is almost right outside. The beds were very comfortable, there was tea, coffee and bottles water(which was a nice little touch)TV... More

We stayed in this b&b for 2 nights over Easter, it was in a great location, away from noise, a tram stop across the road to all the attractions. Nice room with a separate room for our children also with en-suite, so abit of privacy and no fighting for the bathroom. We had a small problem with the children's room... More

Stayed for two nights during pre Xmas half term week. Tram stop across road and local shop down away from front sells tram family pass. Stayed in grooming divided into separate room for older kids. Not huge and may have struggled with storage if staying longer. Nice location away from noise. Free WiFi and nice sitting room.

Just returned from a two night break with wife . Chose New Kent as was aware of its quiet position at North end of the resort as stayed with my sons many years ago . Now run by Joanne who was brilliant form initially booking in to signing out . Allocated Room 4 on first floor which was on front... More

Stayed here for 2 nights, hotel lovely & clean, owners very friendly & hospitable, breakfast huge & tasty. Only downside was quite a distance from all attractions but easily overcame that by buying a day pass for £3:50 for tram/bus from the shop next to the hotel.

I stayed in room 6 from September 14 to 20th with my fiance. The room, bathroom, bedding & towels were spotless. The used towels changed daily & bedding changed once. There was plenty of tea, coffee, sugar & milk. To keep it tidy they were placed in a jar beside the kettle. Also, on arrival there was 2 bottles of water... More

Stayed at the New Kent Hotel from Fri - Mon 30.9.13. Joanne was very nice and welcoming. We stayed in family room 4/5, very clean and very comfortable beds. We were a family of 5, my two teenage children had the adjoining room, which was great as they had their own space and key with flatscreen tv. Breakfast was excellent,... More
