Upon arrival Vicky met hubby and I on the car park, there she assisted us with our luggage and showed us our room. We were attending a show at the Grand Theatre and stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. There is not one thing i can say to fault it. It is the best place in Blackpool that we have ever stayed in. What a delightful hotel. Welcoming, friendly, excellent customer service when it was required, but never intrusive.
