Went with partner and two other couples, greeted by chris and heather who were very friendly, give us advice on were to go drinking, location was spot on 2 minutes walk to central pier, rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great would definitely stay again

As a group of friends coming to stay for the weekend, we were greeted on arrival by both Chris and Heather. Both were so welcoming and friendly and showed us each around our rooms. We were able to get help with anything we needed and they gave us some great advice on the best places to eat, drink and karaoke!... More

This is really nice clean and friendly place to stay me and my friends stay here every time we come to Blackpool the hosts are brill they really look after u I have stayed in other bnb in Blackpool but they are not as good. Would highly recommend.

Chris and Heather are brilliant so friendly and welcoming the rooms were very clean and tidy and the breakfast was spot on (great hangover cure) close to all shops and amusements but not in a noisy area. Very pleased all round :)

I have stayed here twice now with my 2 daughters and we have had a lovely time. The guesthouse is very clean and tidy, rooms fresh and tea/coffee making facilities in each room. It is situated in a perfect place just off the main promenade which means it is quiet but also close enough to walk to the pleasure beach... More

We stayed at the beechwood on the 1st - 2nd feb 2013 ,what a lovely place to stay ,so friendly ,the hosts chris / heather are a lovely couple the rooms are very clean and tidy ,the breakfast was superb ,set in a great location ,close to the shops and beach ,would highly recommend the beechwood ,paul / hazel

We stopped over with friends in Oct to watch the football and have couple of drinks after, very friendly place, nice and clean, not exspensive, has licanced bar and even though my self and my girlfriend slept in and missed breakfast, our friends said it was very good, we where offerd a drink and light snack when we came down... Stayed here for 2 nights over Halloween and not only was it close the beach and attractions it was a very friendly and welcoming place to stay. Had a great weekend in Blackpool and a great stay at the Beechwood Chris and Heather great host and very helpful food was amazing Heathers Raseberry desert is simply to die for! Highly Recommended!!!!
