Nice hotel..clean and great brekky...lovely friendly service by the owners...who pride themselves on attn to detail.....price very reasonable..........Great area for specialty restaurants , Italian, Thai, etc...Cheap great Sam Smith pub 2 blocks away (1.66 pint)..Bispham Arms..............You will not be disappointed with this hotel....its squeaky clean and warm....

The owner couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very clean and warm. Lots of parking just a few meters away plus the added benefit of having a few restaurants and Sainsburys. on the next street. Blackpool is great for a while but it is nice to come to the hotel for a break from it.

the excuse for the bar being closed was the beer order had not arrived we were later advised that there had been a leak from some pipes .We found that we had to sit in a small sun lounge and we were not allowed to use the lounge area.
