We had lot of fun in blackpool. hotel was ok and clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Good location and breakfast was best. Only one comment, get new carpet for reception, that creates bad impression for the hotel. People makes false preception once they see it. thanks for lovely holiday, see you in Christmas. more

We enjoyed our holiday at Welbeck Hotel. I have read reviews online and nearly cancelled my holiday, But we went at the hotel, and it was not what has been said on internet. Ya carpet in reception is bit torn, but we found our from the owners that they have plans to replace it this winter, also planning to do... more

This hotel is cramped and the lift is awkward (tiny and doesn't always come when needed) but the room was not too bad. You wouldn't want to be here for more than a few days. more

The whole experience was dreadful. I booked this 'hotel' on the internet based on the fact that we made a late decision to take grandkids to the lights. Unfortunately, I didn't check the reviews. (I will do in future!!!) Check in disorganised. 2 grandkids (aged 6 and 11) horrified when they saw the room. Hardly any space, no shower, floor... more

We had a very unfortunate stay here - it was a last minute decision to go to Blackpool and was worried that we wouldn't find anywhere so we booked this place - I wish I'd taken my mother's advice and just to drive there then find somewhere to stay. The place is filthy, owners have run it down in the... more

We paid £100 for ensuite bathroom and family room. The door did not close properly, it had a hole in it and someone had tried to open it. The bathroom was very old with an avocado coloured suite. The wallpaper was marked and torn. The whole room needed a refurb. My daughter did not want to stay there but we... more
