We went to Blackpool yesterday to see a show with some friends and rather that travelling home late at night booked into this excuse for a hotel. We booked 'two twin bedded rooms' we were given 'two attic bedrooms' on the top floor, but they had a 'sea view' only we couldn't see it as the windows were so dirty... more

This hotel is shocking!!! We stayed one night only (Friday 29th Feb) after visiting Blackpool for the French and Saunders Show. The one good point; its easy to find....plastered all over the front is how many awards this place has won; which when you get inside you find extremely hard to believe. 23 of us stayed for my Birthday. It was everything we expected of a typical seaside hotel :-) . The rooms were clean and functionable. Breakfast was nice. The Bar man is a great assett to the Hotel and be sure to ask him to show you some of his tricks. more

Good sea front location, but not much else going for it. Our stay was spoilt by being put in an attic room which was only just big enough to fit the double bed. The hotel had some plumbing issues. September 2007 Have just returned from the Crewes Original Hotel Blackpool. Unfortunately the hotel next door was gutted by fire a couple of weeks earlier. Our room still had a terrible smell of smoke, dispite the air freshener.! The rooms are also terribly small, so much in fact some of party could not get into the shower in the bathrooms.... more

no space at all went to stay with 2 kids and i felt like i was in a goldfish bowl! Would never go to blackpool again everyone one was sour faced and i would have been better going abroad. breakfast was good staff nice. But will never be back.
