My partner and I have stayed many times at this lovely little B&B, and always have it as our first choice when booking again. The owner is lovely, the rooms are done to a high, modern standard and the food is great - and catered to your wishes. We normally stay in the king size en suite room at the... More

Me and my fuancee stayed here for a weekend in May 2014. The host was welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after (eg. allowing us to leave cases after check out to go shopping). The room was small, but cosy, clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious, absolutely perfect. The netherton has some... More

Our room was only small considering it was for 4 people, the beds were uncomfortable and sheets were horrible, the towels we were provided with were black and smelt so... More

Arrived with my 5 year old son, had booked a standard double room, so wasn't expecting much as you get what you pay for. We only paid £80 for the weeks stay including a full breakfast for both of us. The owner Rob carried our suitcase upstairs bless him and upon entering the room, we had a double with en... More

Was basic but would recommend the king room as was only £10 more for 5 days. Was nicely decorated, breakfast was lovely, the staff were friendly and was brilliant value for money . As for the people that have complained all I'd say is if you want a 5 star hotel maybe you should pay for that because what more... More

Our evenings at the annual Rebellion festival were going to be late so we needed somewhere we could come and go at will. The Netherton was perfect. No frills but then we didn't... More
