This was the worst b&b I have ever stayed stayed in . When we arrived there was nobody at the b&b. We got up to the room to find it very dirty. The TV didn't work and we had no towels in our room. I would not recommend this b&b to anyone.

A warm welcome from rob, great place to stay on a budget. Never a problem when we stay and we go twice a year. I have stayed in most of the rooms and they are always clean with a comfortable bed and decent shower. Great for families and children . Would definitely recommend

My partner and I have stayed many times at this lovely little B&B, and always have it as our first choice when booking again. The owner is lovely, the rooms are done to a high, modern standard and the food is great - and catered to your wishes. We normally stay in the king size en suite room at the... More

Me and my fuancee stayed here for a weekend in May 2014. The host was welcoming, and went out of his way to ensure we were well looked after (eg. allowing us to leave cases after check out to go shopping). The room was small, but cosy, clean and warm. The breakfast was delicious, absolutely perfect. The netherton has some... More

When we booked this 'hotel' I didn't have a very high expectation so when I arrived I wasn't surprised. It was dank, smelly and could do with some serious TLC! Our room was only small considering it was for 4 people, the beds were uncomfortable and sheets were horrible, the towels we were provided with were black and smelt so... More

Arrived with my 5 year old son, had booked a standard double room, so wasn't expecting much as you get what you pay for. We only paid £80 for the weeks stay including a full breakfast for both of us. The owner Rob carried our suitcase upstairs bless him and upon entering the room, we had a double with en... More
