Have recently stayed at this hotel which is now under new owners, clean,plenty of hot water and all ensuite. The new owner has got ceiling fixed and has done a lot of refurbishment. Will definatley go back again as my stay was for 2 weeks more

At first glance the hotel looks fairly decent from the exterior until your shown to your room.stayed at the hotel for a night with some friends and we was all appauled at the state of it.bed was broken,sheets on beds were dirty.window didnt shut,hot water didnt work.ceiling falling through,bathroom door hanging off,disgusting marks on walls,room door didnt lock properly,dodgy looking... more

All I can say is that this place was laughably bad. Bedroom doors falling off, no curtains or blinds on the windows, not very clean but lovely, friendly staff. It was a giggle to stay here with a gang of girls, perfect location for funny girls and a breaksfast to die for. Not a place to go as a couple.... more

The so called accommodation “The New Trentwood Hotel” situated in Blackpool was unacceptable to say the least. The sign on the front read 'A classy touch of Blackpool'. Just stayed at the New Trentwood Hotel, had read the previous reviews and was feeling really apprehensive. What a transformation. The hotel is under new ownership and there has been some radical changes. Totally refurbished and looking good. I would definately stay again. The staff made us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Well done more

This Hotel has been taken over by a nice young couple, The hole hotel has been done up from top to bottem and is alot cleaner then when i stayed there last year the staff always had a smile on there faces and i had a very good welcome and the bar will stay open aslong as you keep drinking... more
