Stayed for 2 nights for easter. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was basic but clean. The entertainment was a bonus so we didn't have to go out. All the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The mushroom risotto for starter was cooked to perfection along with the rhubarb crumble. The negative points were... More

We took a trip to blackpool for what should have been a great day out. On our arrival we were really excited as the b and b was so close to the tower and surrounding entertainment. We parked the car a bit further up the road as there wasn't any room outside. We started walking down with all our stuff,... More

booked a room with this company and tried to cancel 7 minutes later, they wouldn't even give half back robbing gets, its a joke on how busy it going to be on Halloween because they will easily fill the room anyway, clearly the state of the hotel correlates to the customer service of the hotel manager.
