A very clean and comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast and very helpful and pleasant owners. Ideally situated for us away from the hustle and bustle of the night life, not far from the North Pier and very close to the tram and bus stop. Our room was a good size with a comfortable bed and our only niggle would... more

After staying in several hotels in Blackpool, we found that this hotel was the best by far, offering a warm and friendly welcome, lovely rooms, beautiful food, they cater for all ages. A short walk to the sea front, and close to all ameneties. This hotel would be suitable for anybody's needs whether you were looking for a family holiday... more

We booked this room for the adjoining room which is like gold dust to find and having kids of opposite sexes, it is vital. A very good choice. They have a seperate room within the room which was ideal for my 13 year old step daughter, she was impressed with the space and the large tv with freeview. The owners... more

Family of 4 booked family room - turned out to be a suite with extra (small) room containing bunk beds and 2nd TV for the kids - can't complain at all about that, and for £85 all in, including breakfast, in July - simply a bargain. Hotel is very handy for the north end of the sea-front, and a tram... more

A big thanks to Keith and Angela for making my stay in Blackpool one of the most comfortable ever. I was welcomed into their Hotel which was both clean and comfortable. I took advantage of the £99 BB & evening meal Mon - Fri and was not dissappointed. This is a little Gem of a Hotel with the owners seeming... more

This has got to be the best Hotel that I have stayed in where Blackpool is concerned. The room was lovely and clean with excellent decor (I stayed in room 5). Keith and Angela where the perfect hosts and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The hotel was also lovely and warm I would reccommend anyone to try the... more

My partner and I looked at the reviews and were really looking forward to staying at this hotel. However, on arrival we were shown to room 5 (which does not appear on their website) and found that it was very dirty. The first thing that hit us was the headboard on the bed, it was a pale blue velour which... more

Management response from
ketih, Owner

This couple arrived in a foul mood and straight away informed me that they had booked the wrong end of town as they wished to be near the pubs and clubs. They were rude and abusive towards me and I informed them that they could leave. This is an extremely innacurate revue and I just ask everyone to look at...
