Stayed there earlier this year. We were arriving late, and when we got there, there was no parking left. The owner instructed us to go around the back, where he moved his car. This allowed our car into his space. I thought that was a great touch. Hotel was spotless with great views over Blackpool Bay. Had a most enjoyable... More

We stayed at the Baron last weekend and we really enjoyed. We had a lovely sea view room that was really clean and comfortable. It was in a great position to walk into the centre of Blackpool - or as we did on the Saturday night - visit Funny Girls which is a 5 min walk from the Hotel. It... More

Stayed here for 2 nights with my mother and couldn't have stayed anywhere nicer. Tha staff were friendly and offered excellent advice on what to do and where to eat in Blackpool which was invaluable as neither of us had visited for over 15 years. The room we were in was very comfortable and we both slept well. Breakfast was... More

Hotel was perfect for our needs, staff were all great , breakfast brill, well cooked, and tasty! Made us loads extra toast, had sea view room which was cool, 'only' complaint was your not allowed your own alcohol in your room!! I found this lovely hotel a few years ago when I was looking for a place to stay with a group of disabled people. I must say that the welcome and help we received was excellent. I have recently returned from another week long stay this time without my disabled companions. I felt I was greeted like an old friend... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a lot of items to choose from. We were even offered help to load our car when we left. If we ever go back to Blackpool then we would stay at the Baron again.

From the friendly welcome to the cheery 'farewell' our short stay was a real pleasure. The room was clean, comfortable and provided sufficient hanging and drawer space for any normal holiday period. The breakfast offered real variety and was of real quality. We were genuinely sorry our visit was so short. We were not looking for a 5 star hotel... More

My wife and I were fortunate in finding this gem of an hotel among a sea of pebbles. The proprietor was very welcoming, going out of his way, smilingly, insisting to change us into a room close to the lift when hearing of her problem in climbing stairs. Both rooms that we viewed were exceptionally clean, tidy and well appointed.... More

We have just returned from a 2 night sabatical in Blackpool. After teetering on booking the Hilton we opted for The Baron. An inspired choice I must say. From the arrival to the departure we were made most welcome,Graham the owner top bloke. Having noted comments made by professional complainers I ask the question have they stayed in Blackpool before.... More
