I chose this Hotel on the good recommendations of a friend, I wasn't at all phased by it. I stayed last week on the Mon-Fri break with evening meal, I went with my brother so we had a twin room, en-suite with a sea view, for the price we paid, just over a £100 each, I think we had great... More

Rooms were very old and tired ,carpets were very dated and dirty, breakfast time left something to be desired no staff on hand to tell you the protocol in which to follow so missed out on cereal and fruit juice .

The hotel is terrible!!!!!!!!! My daughter got a room without a toilet. She needed to wait until the morning to go to our toilet. Carpets in rooms were spotty and looked like someone was killed. Lots of mess, lots of dump, were not towels in the rooms. We are not going to stay here any-more and we do not recommend.

After trying sooooo many different hotels each year in blackpool for over 14years..... This is defiantly the one I will be coming back to again and again. Absolutely lovely staff, the sea view room was amazing and so big (so we could actually relax and enjoy our break) and now the best part is we have finally found somewhere big... More

We have stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months and we intend to keep going back. The staff do everything in their power to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is child friendly and excellent value for money
