A group of us girls have just returned from this hotel. The decore is very jaded and itis grubby, unclean and past it! In our room (9) the wallpaper was falling off the wall, the toilet was filthy and some one had left a poo in the toilet for us as well - I note some one else had a... more

we went into the hotel at about 4 pm and were greated as we normally are; with a smile. we were given our keys to room 24 on the top floor. The room was a little outdated but was clean and had been well looked after. It had the the essentials anyone would need and was enjoyable to stay in.... more

The standards at this Hotel(?) would cause a middle-eastern truck stop owner to die of shame. The room was gruby, the shower had to be reinstalled on request but could not be used as there was no shower curtain or tray (just a hole in the floor that allowed the smell of sewers to build up in the room when... more

The staff friendly, but the hotel needs some serious decoration & modernisation, I booked through superbreak so paid through the nose to stay here £250 for 3 nights for 2 people. When we arrived they had no record of my booking but accomodated us anyway as they said they had room, we were told the room wasn't ready & to... more

Myself and my partner travelled to Blackpool for a family wedding anniversary over the Easter Weekend. We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and had the usual naff B&B, we weren’t disappointed. From the outside we thought the hotel looked quite reasonable, until we walked inside. We thought for a moment we had stepped out of the Tardis and... more

Booked the hotel by telephoning the hotel on the Thursday for a 2 night stay at the weekend for 2 adults and 1 child. On telephoning the hotel I was advised that there was a 4 bedded room available and I could have this. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. On arrival at the hotel, which is currently being... more
