barry and andrea went out of their way to make us feel welcome and feel at home they were great with the kids kept them entertained at night which meant we could relax the room are immaculate and service first class we have stayed at many bb but this is definatley the best more

Just returned from the Hurstmere in Blackpool where we enjoyed a fantastic short break.This hotel is clean, friendly and the breakfasts are excellent.Nothing is too much trouble for Barry and Andrea the owners with Barry's hats being a talking point over breakfast. just back from the hurstmere and loved every minute. Barry and Andrea make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Located just of the front so you are close to everything Barry pointed out good places to eat and shop very helpful .Car locked in garage so no need to worry about it. Stayed here for just 1 night in October & was really impressed. The owner Barry was really friendly & welcoming when we arrived,showing us to our room,recommending good local pubs,restaurants,take aways etc. Me & my friend had a twin room, basic, but spotlessly clean with all amenities. stayed here with my daughter and two young grandaughters for the illumination weekend, from the minute we stepped through the front door we were made to feel so welcome, room was lovely and clean, the breakfast was excellent and barry had the kids in stitches with his daft hats !! this couple are the perfect hosts,cant wait for next year... more

we had a great time on our stay. Barry and Andrea who run the hotel were very welcoming. the rooms were nice n clean. the bar downstairs was good and Barry had a lot of tricks and jokes which made it entertaining :) will stay there again if a go back. more
