There was no one available to offer the hotels fengshui services, massage etc. Our deluxe room had a shower and toilet both of which were literaly in the room no walls seperating them to allow privacy. the pictures had fallen off the walls and just... An absolutely wonderful stay. I have stayed in a number of hotels in Blackpool for both work and pleasure this is by far the best. From the moment I stepped in; the owner knowing who you were and having a cold beer in your hand within minutes of stepping in. Nice touch. The rooms were standard, well equipped with a... More

A very tired hotel. We entered the front door into reception after a six hour drive 6pm and looking forward to a comfortable bed only to be dive bombed by about twenty bluebottle flies which the owner said were sand flies (they were definitely not sandflies !) Our bedroom..... needed a good clean...dirty windows.. other peoples toothpaste up the wall... More

The team at this hotel go the extra mile to look after their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. We stayed for five nights and ate there for four of them. The food was real home cooking with heaps of vegitables and a real effort made to cater to individual tastes. The beds are very comfy, and my view over... More

We had the best night's sleep ever. The hotel has a wonderful sense of peace and calm. I had a treatment Vortex healing which made me feel so much better. I went with a sore shoulder that I couldn't move and I could not believe how much better I felt. Kate was wonderful. We will definitely be back to re-charge....... More

Me and my partner recently stayed here over the bank holiday weekend (4th-6th May) for a friends wedding!!, The food was fantastic, and the service was excellent! The owner Kate, was amazing (even making us something to eat, very late when we got back) THE BONUS was having a hairstylist within the hotel, squeezing us in at such late notice!..... More

what a gem, great place to stay. They have a hair salon at the back of the hotel and the guy is amazing. Breakfast was great and not the usual fatty sausages and bacon. we had smoked salmon, and other healthy alternatives. The Bride and Groom stayed in the balcony suite which was most impressive.
