Clean comfortable rooms, a well cooked breakfast (served early at our request) and a friendly welcome. Indeed we got back from viewing the lights at around 10.30, fancied a nightcap and within minutes were chatting away in the bar as if we'd been going there for years! A good location, only minutes from the promenade, yet far enough for some... more

We are a family with 2 young children who travelled down with another family for the weekend, We found the hotel to be of a high standard and very accomodating, nothing was to much trouble. The room rates were brilliant, when you have a young family it is hard to find somewhere reasonably priced yet still of a good standard,... more

I stayed here for a few nights in October. First impressions when walking into the hotel were of a clean and then double clean nature, though with a smell similar to that of a dentist waiting room (that overly clinical odour). Moving on the the room and again on first impressions, very nice, decent space, clean and fresh with nice... more

I stayed with a friend for a long weekend. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed in my single room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was splendid and the service was friendly and chatty without being intrusive. more

We began with a 10 day stay in mid September. We enjoyed it so much that we returned at the end of the month for a weekend break which was equally enjoyable. We are already looking forward to our next visit early in the new year. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone who is looking... more

After booking this hotel through the internet at a very good price, we weren't expecting it to be perfect. How wrong we were! Our family room had a very luxurious double bed with full size bunk beds for our boys, 1 of whom is a very tall teenager and he had plenty of room. There was more than enough drawer... more
