Excellent friendly staff made us feel very welcome will be going back again. This is in a good location away from the bustle of town centre . Handy to travel to as transport is frequent also good quality restuarants close by. Breakfast was also good quality and plenty of choice to select from.

The hotel was freezing I'm not sure if the heating worked at all. Fortunately the rooms had heaters so it wasn't too bad. The lounge room wasn't in use and it also was freezing cold. We came to Blackpool for 2 nights over the Easter holidays , location was very good only a bus or tram ride to the front,staff were very friendly and welcoming food was lovely overall a very pleasant stay
