I was curious to see the transtion of this Hotel from the nutty "children's hotel" into the nutty " born-again jesus" hotel. What can you say? the owner is a loon with a shabby hotel. She is a huge freaky looking woman. If you like freakshows, you will like Sparkles...otherwise run away as fast as you can...before "Sue "Sparkles" catches... more

This hotel was extremley charming, from the outside of the building ( painted in cow spots) to the entrance were your greeted by 2 giant metal platform shoe sculptures! We stayed in the seaside suite, which was lovely. It wasnt just a bog standard room that you get in other hotels. we stayed in this hotel in sept(in a big group), hotel was brill, sue was brill, rooms were brill, could not find a fault, looking forward 2 going back and staying again soon!!!! the rooms speak 4 them selfs, book and c for ya self u will enjoy i promise...... c ya soon and thanks 4 makin us feel welcome... more
