Having seen the reviews after we made our booking, we arrived with trepidation. After all, it couldn't be all bad - could it? OH MY GOD, you have to experience it to believe it! Reception is dimly lit (in blue) making it very difficult to see anything at night. The corridor to the room had no working lights so we... More

Do not book here. Whole place unclean, carpets not hoovered, bathrooms falling apart, mould and wallpaper falling off of the ceiling in the room we were offered, no space, no curtain on one of the windows etc, etc, etc. The bar wasn't open until 8, which is rubbish for a family with young kids. We were offered a change of... More

This has to be the worst hotel we have ever been to. Booked on a whim for a one night stay, stupidly did not check trip advisor beforehand as this says it all. Walked in feeling fresh and clean paid for our room only to walk out 5 mins later feeling itchy and dirty. The room was disgusting, foisty, dismal,... More

Stayed here for one night on Friday. Hotel is right by pleasure beach so ideal to visit this. Bit far out of Blackpool town centre however this was not a problem as i drove or could catch the tram. Rooms very basic however for the price paid you cant complain. Don't pay £10 if you want good quality and modern... More

From the minute we went past reception (that thought it was a nightclub with all the blue lighting) we knew it needed attention! Stairs were narrow making suitcase carrying challenging, floorboards were creaking throughout, there were several layers of paint on walls even over borders in an attempt to freshen it up but it simply has not worked and as... The staff were pleasant enough and when asked for extra things and room cleaning they were done with no fuss. Good location but does need a lot of work. Owners said they are going to do refurb so give them time. Had sea view which was nice. If you want more then pay more
