Have stayed at this hotel for the last two years and had a very enjoyable time. Both times we have seen the children and they are well mannered and quiet. In fact better than some of the grown ups in and around Blackpool. Can't fault the food, help and kindness of the Staff and Caron and John. more

Carron and John are more like friends than hoteliers, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend this hotel to anyone more

We stopped there for the weekend and could not fault Carron and John in their welcome and service. The food was excellent and plentiful, room was good and clean but could do with a bit of TLC. Car parking was a bit of a problem but was sorted.We are going there again next year. more

We went as a group and were treated with great attention. Nothing to much trouble. The meals were served with a smile. Large portions of well cooked food. All the rooms a very clean. when staying at this hotel i witnessed the landlord verbally abusing customers (INC SWEARING, POINTING, EMBARRASSING AND SNATCHING) in the midst as what i can only describe as a violent toddler like tantrum over nothing at all. i didnt see the owners being welcoming to any of the guests apart from their mates who they were sat drinking with while... more

breakfast great, price good, close to winter gardens ,ect, all in all a good place to stay, only downside was the seagulls in the morning, but you can,t blame the hotel for that. more
