where do i start. the people on the reception were rude. the hotel itself looked like something decorated (and not cleaned since) the 70s. there was a dog running round the bar which did a poo on the carpet and it was uncleaned. rooms were cold and damp. no hot water for showers. tv's did not work. dirty underwear was... well where do i start i did give them the wrong key 34 instead of 33 i put my glasses on and realised the mistake, they did not move away from the reception desk at any time, they came in early in the night as the weather was foul, i saw them come in along time before 11.00pm they checked... More
