i have stayed in many hotels in blackpool but this was my first Derwent. It is the most friendly place i have stayed. I was made to feel at home. i was greeted by Chris and nothing was to much trouble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone comming to blackpool either on buisness or just for a relaxing weekend more

I dont think many b & b's have parking, but the car park was a only short walk away and car was fine for the weekend. The gentleman was very friendly... more

The guys who run it are very good;'bend over backwards' seems to be their motto. They made every effort to make us feel at home. The food was good,... more

The bathroom was clean although the shower could have had more power as mentioned in previous reviews. The two gentlemen were very helpful and friendly. The bar... more

There was a friendly atmosphere, the place is run by two gentlemen who we found to be polite to a fault. When we got to our room which was 3 flights... more

My sister and I took our four kids to Blackpool and stayed here for a couple of nights. The hotel is quite small, but perfect. The two guys who run it go out of their way to help you with anything. There isn't parking at the hotel and the on-street parking only allows for an hour, but the guys managed... more
