Stayed here with a group of 64 friends,we had the Hotel to ourselves,Although the hotel is a bit dated, this does not reflect on the most important things. Our hosts were fantastic and really made an effort from check-in until check-out.Our room had a double and bunk beds, the sheets and towels were spotless,as was the room and bathroom, these in my opinion are... Utterly terrible. I have no idea how this place is still allowed to operate, it draws notable similarities with a disease ridden medieval toilet. Where to begin? The lovely purple fronting shown on all the pictures more accurately resembles an arrangement of 'mid skin shed', off colour, filthy purple snakes - (the paint was all but peeled off the rotting... This hotel is just about on a par with Faulty Towers. Although the manager and manageress seemed friendly enough this place was so outdated its unbelievable, not only that but if you like Pigeons in your ears every day and especially from about 5.30 am then this is the place for you. On arrival i was directed to my room,... More

Firstly lets get this into perspective. This review was the result of a free bed being provided for the group's bus driver. We opened a disused room for this purpose and bought a new bed to put into it ( impossible to have bed bugs). The layout of the rooms can be a bit confusing but all you have to... More

Just come back from staying with a large party of friends on a football trip. This has got to be the worst hotel that I have stayed in my life. Room had no running water in the basin and when I pulled the plug after having a bath all you could smell was sewage. Had no draft beer behind the... More
