Stopped at this hotel with two of my friends 13th-15th of March and I honestly couldn't fault this hotel. I always read reviews before I stay somewhere new and most of the reviews for this hotel weren't really doing the hotel justice so I was kind of regretting booking it but when we got there the staff made sure we... Visited at the end of October half term for the lights & the pleasure beach. Arrived late due to traffic looking at the lights, but no problem for the friendly staff who directed me to nearby free parking as the spots outside the hotel were taken. The family room overlooking the sea was fine, although it needed a bit of... More

I drive mini buses & took a party of young lads for the night and decided to stay if there was room, one of the lads rang and they couldn't have been more accommodating. They gave me a double room overlooking the sea, which was clean, modern, nice furniture, en suite, and flat screen tv and they only charged me... More

Visited during October half term to see the Blackpool Illuminations. As with other reviews, the hotel decor looks tired and dated. The shower in the morning was tepid and could not get any hot water. Breakfast service in the morning was definitely slow. After placing our order we waited half an hour before our breakfast was served. Hotel is not... More

I went because I wanted to take the kids see the lights, we got greeted by very helpful and happy staff who were willing bend over backwards to make us feel welcome, the children were free to have fun and be kids, i felt really relaxed and felt I could have a night out even with the kids who were... The staff honesty cannot do enough for you and go out of their way to make you feel welcome, they even have a bit of cheeky banter with you too :-)!! Amazing for kids!!! Stayed here last night! Firstly, when we arrived there was nobody on reception! We had to ring the owner to come to us! We were then told there was no card machine and we would have to go back out and get the money out, although they did say we could "sort them out" later! The room was small but... More

I stayed at this hotel as part of a Hen Weekend, it was booked by a member of the party through a party planning agent. Staff at the hotel were friendly & helpful but the interior could be doing with updating. The room itself was ok but nothing great there was a double bed and a set of bunk beds... More

just spent a couple of nights here with my two grandchildren, as it was half term there were plenty of other families staying too. Our room was adequate for a short stay with a single bed and bunk beds. Angela and Rob are lovely people and can't do enough for you. The breakfast was very good with a choice of... More
