No wonder this B&b does so well on trip advisor. It may not be the best hotel in Blackpool, but it's big on friendliness and helpfulness. The rooms are done every day with attention to detail (I left a sweater crumpled on the bed, only to return to find it neatly folded). The breakfast couldn't have been better. Perfectly cooked... Our first weekend break in Blackpool for nearly 6 years and we couldn't have booked & stayed at a better place. We were made very welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. We stayed in one of the four poster bedrooms, which was a good size and was very comfortable. Everywhere was spotless and the breakfast was beautiful,... More

Went to Blackpool for 2 night break. Not a big fan of bkackpool. We stayed in north shore at the new guilderoy hotel on holmfield road. On arrival we were greeted by the owner simon, same as my husbands name. Simon was very curteous and welcoming, making us feel at home straight away. We were shown to our room which... More

On our 1st visit we took 3 grandsons and the adjoining room was excellent complete with a games console, television and their own en-suite. This time we went on our own and the room we had was also excellent , and once again the service and cleanliness were second to none. The breakfast is superb with a choice for every taste,... More

We're just back from spending 4 nights at the New Guilderoy. We've stayed in Blackpool lots of times so we can say that this little hotel just has something very special about it. The owners go the extra mile to look after the guests. All done very naturally and it would be hard not to feel welcome in the New... More

An excellent small hotel situated just off the promenade, very friendly and accommodating hosts, and as mentioned by many other reviews, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. You will not be disappointed if you book this hotel, Simon,Rhona and their staff will ensure you have a completely trouble free stay.
