brill midweek break, simon and rhona are an excellent couple, breakfast absolutely lush, hotel clean n comfortable, our first time staying on the queens promenade, this area clean and very quiet, simon advised us get an all day travel ticket for the trams and bus service (saved us loads on fares) also take thier advice and try the curry queen... We were greeted by the owner ( Simon) who took time to explain everything to us and show us our room. although simon explained the rooms are small they had everything you required. Iron, hairdryer, kettle with coffee etc that was replenished daily, a bottle of water, tv with free view, there were games for the children on a game boy (we had a family room) a fridge, as I say everything you needed. Great hosts, great craic, very helpful on best tram deals etc, very helpful on where to go, best breakfast ever in Blackpool and we have stayed in many hotels in the area. Very clean, great added touches in rooms for extra comfort. Will definately return soon, thanks Rhona and Simon, you have restored our faith in 'Blackpool Hotels'. !!!

Booked here last minute having read the reviews, even better than the photo's, we had a lovely room, very clean, comfy bed, en suite too! Nearest tram stop is only 2 mins away. Perfect hosts and definitely worth more than 3 stars!

Lovely hotel, wonderful hosts. Nothing to much trouble. You have a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning as well as toast. Plenty of tea coffee and juice. Cereal and fruit. Lovely clean rooms. The fridge in the room is so helpful. Also close to tram stop.
