We had room 47, 1st floor, bay window with sea view.A good sized room with easy chairs, double bed, tv etc. Bathroom small but adequate and again spotlessly clean 2 large dining rooms serving full English breakfast, cereal, toast, tea,coffee... Booked in on a deal and got a good price plus "bar credits". From booking in to leaving the ample staff were pleasant and helpful, the bedroom and all public rooms were clean and modern and entertainment is of a good standard. We was lucky with the weather but there would be something to do either on the doorstep or... More

Booked this hotel with their website and replied to their e-mail with request for something special in room for partners birthday (e.g. cake or balloons) but no reply or anything in room. Arrived by taxi who didn't fill me with joy telling us the hotel had featured in the local paper for being under investigation for having fake vodka not... More

Considering most of the customers were elderly there are lots of steps/ stairs. Layout quite confusing. Entertainment quite good if you can get... More

We had a sea view room 50 on first floor which we paid extra for 46 quid a night and what a serious disappointment it was. The food was plain very bland and without taste. The place looked more like a care home and some of the comments said to my wife by some guests who were nothing but biggots... More
