Overall this is a nice clean and failry comfortable hotel, which for me is probably the most important thing. It does need however some updating in my opinion. First impressions were good. Easter eggs for the children was a lovely touch. The room was adequate, very clean and a perfectly reasonable size for a family room. Excellent stay at a top hotel food and drink at good prices , very clean , staff excellent , only downside the lift motor was near or room and very noisy 24/7
