Could not fault this hotel, a definate recommendation to other Blackpool visitors. Staff couldn't have been nicer, very accomodating, even let you have drinks to take to your hotel when you return from a night out at 3am, brilliant!! the hotel was absolutley amazing! it was extrememly clean, with towels changed everyday and beds done for you every morning. The buffet breakfast was a good enough reason to wake up in the morning, not to mention the location-right next to pleasure beach and not far from the town centre. The facilities are acceptable, but the staff are horrendous!!! I am finding it hard to explain how bad they are!!! These people must be the reason why Blackpool is on the decline, although I must say the Polish staff were quite nice. more

We loved everything about our stay at the Carousel, it was easy to find, in a great location with open sea views, sufficient car parking and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Stayed here during the Tory conference. It's ironic that I had to travel about 3 miles south of Blackpool to find a hotel that was basically acceptable. The Carousel was pretty good (relative to the others I've stayed in) with nice staff, comfortable & clean rooms and a good seafront location.
