Hi, I'm sorry you thought we were a bit expensive If you book through an on-line agency (we all know who they are) they charge between 15% and 25% commission, 20% of what you pay us goes to the tax man by way of VAT so 35% to 45% of the cost of your Accommodation is straight out the door.... More

It's a shame we only had one night away because we didn't have enough time to spend here! Friendly service, a nice bar area with TV, good lounge with sea view (and illuminations at the right time of year) and fabulous breakfast. The room we had was for four of us, two adults and two children, and was very comfortable,... More

Just returned from a very pleasant 3 night stay at the Waldorf. The surrounding area is quite run down, with a few of the nearby hotels being boarded up,and the hotel itself is obviously a very old building and in a few places it is showing signs of it's age- but please don't let this put you off staying at... Visited Blackpool for the first time and chose to stay at the Waldorf. Great service from Steve & Tom. I dont have any complaints about the hotel. Great value for money, Super location, Tram access as well as buses. Unfortunately they dont have any front rooms (for sea view) with a 3rd bed. No biggie really as we were not... More

Spent the May day bank holiday at the Waldorf, owners couldn't do enough for you, Steve was great and made you feel like you were visiting friends and seemed to be on site all the time. Breakfast really set you up for the day and Tom was on hand to see that you had everything you needed. Quality and choice... More

Friendly staff, decor dated, room was clean and fresh bedding and towels, we booked a sea view and got a side street view where we could see a ruined old hotel and if you turned you head to the right we could see the sea so I wasn't happy. I wouldnt recommend staying there as it isn't cheap for what... More

Me and my girlfriend decided to have a two night break in Blackpool over the Easter weekend in order to let off some steam at the Pleasure Beach and other local attractions. On arriving at the hotel we were very early for check in due to a surprising lack of traffic. The welcome we received was superb, we got to... More

We had a great stay at the Waldorf, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, especially Tom. The hotel rooms are very clean and the food was delicious. I would totally recommend this hotel to those looking for a good deal and such a convenient location.

We spent 3 nights at the Waldorf hotel in Blackpool. Really nice friendly helpful staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is clean and tidy with fresh towels etc in rooms every day. it is just a short walk to the pleasure beach and trams run frequently across the road from hotel. We are definitely returning to the Waldorf... More
