It was a disaster from the start, I had to wait out on the street on arriving at the hotel, as the doors were locked & no staff were around to help me for at least 30 minutes. I had the same problem when it came to checking out, I had to wait 20 minutes for a member of staff... more

My stay at the Waldorf was very pleasant and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff particularly the owners were very friendly and could not do enough to help. The rooms were clean and the facilities were good. If you leave the dining room feeling hungy you only have yourself to blame. Good base to easily reach all attractions.... more

Expected a hotel but got a very bad glorified bed & breakfast if you could call it that.
