what a beautiful clean and modern hotel I have stayed in a few hotels over the past 20 years and this is by far the best of all of them.The owners are 2 of the most lovely and friendly people you would ever wish to meet it was my partners 40th birthday while we were staying,they gave my partner one... I would decently stay here again if we go back to Blackpool the rooms where lovely and clean, very homely the owners were lovely too they were great with the kids and even put hot water bottles in our beds for us coming home late after dance comps, and the breakfast was beaut too

Big thanks to Scott and Helen another great weekend. spent in your wonderful B & B. looking forward to 2017 already.all the lads had a ball.your attention to detail is second to none.others no were better to stay in Blackpool. thanks again Tucker

Fantastic place to stay. The owners are fabulous, friendly (and if you ask nicely) entertaining too. Rooms are very well presented, clean, warm and inviting. Only a short walk into the centre of town but very quiet location. Don't need to look for anywhere else to stay in Blackpool now. The breakfast quite rightly deserves its special award, didn't need... More

after staying in a few B&B's in Blackpool, we found Scott's last year , it's by far the best. We were lucky enough to get a room this weekend and it hasn't disappointed. our room is lovely , immaculate & comfy. The breakfast mm mm mm can we come again. lastly we went out last night and it especially freezing... More

Great 3 day stay. Helen and Scott were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. Great room, comfy bed excellent breakfast especially the tattie scones. Would highly recommend a visit. Looking forward to going back next year.

Make sure you stay here! Amazing guest house their so friendly and nice! went with 4 of my mates had a right laugh. Free tea, coffee, water. they even supply you with loads of shampoo& conditioner. So clean, highly recommended!! 💯 Also girls... There is about 5 mirrors in each room! Perfect for getting ready!!!

I'm not being bias as I stay in quite a few guest houses around the country during the year but none come close to Scott's... Scott & Helen always make us and the kids feel like family. We love staying with helen & scott. Such a warm, caring couple who do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable. They treat us like family. Helen is like the grandmother who makes sure you have everything you need and more, and scott is the joker who does keeps the happy vibes flowing and helps wherever he can. Their breakfast... More

Recently stayed at Scotts with my partner and 2 boys. First time and unsure what to expect. Had a fantastic time both Helen and Scott were really lovely people they looked after us and always made sure we were ok giving us advice and were great with the kids to. Great location a short walk to tower and all amenities.... More
