Well where do i start.... the hotel itself is like something that would of been nice in the 80's and it looks and smells like it hasn't been cleaned since then either. There are pictures all over of the women who owns the place with various small time celebrities?!! Why? No one cares that she met Jeremy Beadle! It's just... more
On first glance- had character and charm! Beneath the surface- our room was dirty and very dusty, old hairs in the bathroom etc.. creaky floorboards and a strange smell. Staid 2 nights in the family room 108, over the Bank Holiday. It was a split level room with stairs to the lower bedroom, which also contained a bathroom and a seperate toilet. The floorboards were very creaky and the stairs even worse, so there was no way of going to the toilet during the night without waking everyone! The... more
I have SENT A LETTER OF COMPLIANT TO THE QUEENS HOTEL, MY COMPLAINTS ARE TO MUCH TO PUT ON HERE, BUT BASICALLY, it was very hot throughout the hotel, inparticular in the room which was well in excess of 90 degrees.THE STAFF EVEN COMMENTED ABOUT IT, A bit smelly, but this is prob, due to the heat.
