Well where do i start.... the hotel itself is like something that would of been nice in the 80's and it looks and smells like it hasn't been cleaned since then either. On first glance- had character and charm! Beneath the surface- our room was dirty and very dusty, old hairs in the bathroom etc.. creaky floorboards and a strange smell. Could only do one night- that was enough. No towels, lamp over bed was not working, no lockable door on the toilet and shower unit needs to be condemned! Enough said! more

My husband and I have just returned from a short mid week break staying at the Queens and found it, as usual, a very pleasant experience. All those travellers who say that the Queens is for old people want to open their eyes, Blackpool is swamped with 'old' people.
