We were staying in a party of 8 on a self drive alpha holiday. The room is well equipped for what you need and the bathroom is modern and very clean. The rooms are serviced daily. The staff are friendly. Our waitress, Izabela in the restaurant was extremely friendly and pleasant with the group. They provided a full entertainment programme... More

Stayed as a group of friends in November for the Northern Soul weekend at the Tower. A really comfortable hotel, nice rooms bargain price and lovely breakfast in the morning. Would definitely return again to this hotel the staff were very friendly also.

Spend 3 nights here over a weekend. The hotel provided free travel tickets for the local public transport, which was a real boon as the weather was very cold and windy. Our rooms were very comfortable and warm, and were well serviced. The reception staff were extremely helpful as were the dining room staff. The food was very good and... More

Just returned from a coach trip Monday to Friday. Turkey and Tinsel theme. Great time had by all. Food was amazing, plenty of choice and cooked well. Nothing was too much for staff. Very attentive. Lots of patients required when you have several coach parties in one place at the same time. Everything ran like clockwork. Only downside a bit... More

Just returned with my party of 36 from a super 5 day holiday at the Queens. All the staff were so friendly, pleasant and helpful. The restaurant is large and airy and run with great efficiency with good service from the cheerful waiters. The bedrooms were spotless, most had a walk in shower and the recent, and no doubt expensive, refurbishment that... rooms are adequate, service is efficient if not that friendly, evening meal has 2 choices, neither very good! The location is fine if you want to visit the pleasure beach but a bit far out for most attractions, parking can also be a challenge.

Visited with family for a relatives birthday. We found the hotel to be VERY outdated. The hallway floors were very noisy and we hardly slept due to people walking around. The hallways Also had a damp musty smell. The room was clean enough just really needs updating. Simply replacing the bedding would make It look a lot better... The food... More

I enjoyed my first stay at this hotel. The staff are very pleasant especially the waiters in the restaurant. Dean was our very efficient waiter. The food and choice was very good. Access for wheelchairs to the restaurant was down a very short steep ramp. The hotel is NOT very disabled friendly with the entertainment lounge on many levels. The... More

After deciding on our UK trip to visit Blackpool we decided as there was an abundance of Hotels that we would check into an Hotel on arrival. We chose the Queens on the seafront as it looked bright and cheerful, we were surprised as the receptionist told us to check out the room before we decided, the room was clean... More
