From reading these reviews from the queens hotel i and my partener who are a younger couple feel quite differently. We stayed that from monday 22 to friday 26. We really enjoyed our stay at the queens hotel. There are people saying on here that it is really out of date, but its a old hotel so obvcourse there is... More

Hotel staff are fine, rooms are clean but dated and I couldn`t believe we didn`t have a shower! We didn't eat there as you are given a time slot for breakfast and it was to early for us. We were in room 218 on 29th and 30 aug. and they were honestly the worst two nights of my life! The... More

So I came to this hotel when I was 7 years old, needless to say it hasn't changed one bit. The rooms were the same dated dark furniture, orange-patchwork sheet/blanket combination on the beds, the same green carpet with gold squares on it. Honestly, if you're wanting modern or exciting, this is not the place to come. Saying that, who... More

1) The rooms decor was an assault on the senses. It felt like it was firmly stuck in the past. I'd be surprised if it had ever been redecorated. Ever. 2) The service in n the dining room was shambolic. We sat for 40 minuets just waiting to get our starter because our server was 'busy serving a larger table'... More

I stayed here last weekend (15th-18th August) with my hubby, Mother in Law, Niece and Nephew (ages 10 and 13). It was a wee treat weekend paid for by maw in law :-) After reading some of the reviews before we left (of both this hotel and Blackpool Promotions) I was a wee bit apprehensive about what we'd experience....... but... The good points about this hotel are firstly friendly and helpful staff. Secondly the dining room is run with military precision and food arrives quickly and cannot fault quality. There are large lounge areas to enjoy a quiet drink and a large sun room to watch the world go by. Entertainment is provided every night and children are made welcome.... More

hotels average, decent location for pleasure beach but other than that its a place to keep the bags. jacuzzi /gym /pool need a good scrub. When it came time to eat and we all sat with the oldies in lines waiting for our meals, it was like being back at school with your "dinner window" . but overall it was... More
