Very freindly run establishment.Hosts keen to please their guests.Buffet style breakfast cant be beaten in a clean modern dining room.Rooms are excellent quality as are the en siute bathrooms. Free off road parking is a bonus,although a little tight. However it is well managed by the owner who ensures the best manouvrebility

hi all...visited the old coach house for an evening in blackpool. Room was dusty as a few others have noticed so cleanliness within rooms arnt their strongpoint. Yes it looks great and first impression of the bedroom was fab but look further and it does let itself down. The top of the bed was thick with dust as was the pots in the bathroom for Q-tips. We, being two friends and my husband, booked into this B&B from Friday - Sunday for a long weekend in Blackpool and were not disappointed. We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed the short break even in the rain. Our room was fairly large, clean and well- furnished, as was the en-suite.
