This hotel accommodated us (as a family of 4) last minute, as we refused to stay at the disgusting Norbreck Castle hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and Park House hotel had a very welcoming feeling. Rooms spotlessly clean and equipped with everything u need. Breakfast was really lovely. It was served quickly, when ordered, and waitress was extremely friendly and... More

We booked a weekend cabaret break, at the parkhouse hotel, and paid extra for an upgraded room. The room was the Hebdon Suite, absolutely lovely room, very large and spacious. The food was good and varied, and the dining room has flexible times for meals, which suited us.Unfortunately for us , it turned out that in the main ballroom, an irish coach party, had... As a very satisfied customer who has had experience of staying at the Park House Hotel, Blackpool over several years, I feel this hotel is excellent and offers terrific service. There is plenty of good food with the menu changing every night. The staff, especially in the dining room are exemplary. Entertainment is provided such as bingo, followed by cabaret.... More

Have stayed at the Doric on several occasions previously, and enjoyed the experience, but on this occasion the Doric was fully booked, I was a bit apprehensive about booking the sister hotel without seeing first, But i should not have worried, What is good about the Doric is carried through to this hotel, staff friendly and extremely helpful, Food very... Have only made a very minimum of reviews on different review sites. However, in view of some comments made by others, I feel obliged to add to the list of satisfied travellers. The food was very good, only equaled on rare occasions by other establishments large or small. Staff service excellent, the very, very best ever for any hotel. Room... More

Having found the hotel on line I liked the description "They have invested, improved and built the Park House into the fine hospitality experience it is today." Coupled with the photos certainly sets an expectation and at £80 for a family of 3 (double plus single B&B only) isn't at the budget end of the price spectrum, certainly for a... More

We stayed here for one night while meeting up with friends and booked on the strength of the TA reviews and the location...plus our favourite B&B was fully booked. The main reception and bar area gave a great first impression and check staff were nice and polite, however as soon as we got out of the lift we could see... More

Recently been once again to this very good hotel. Meals and room up to usual standard and can not really be faulted. But one reason my wife and I always go here is because the entertainment was always very good and middle of the road to be enjoyed by the slightly more elderly clientele. Unfortunately we found it has changed... More
