What a fantastic stay at Alfies Hotel. Very well situated for pleasure beach only 5 minutes walk. On arrival staff very warm and friendly. Hotel very well kept lovely and clean. Booked on groupon went with granddaughter rooms clean beds comfy heating on all night nice and warm .owner helpfully breakfast very nice free breakfast for the little one all good Got there three hours early was still let in

We've just returned from Alfies again after rushing to Blackpool for my partner's my brother who is ill his sister an Ethan (8mth old baby) we're also with us the staff we're so helpful an nothing was to much trouble they even showed us where the microwave was so we could do Ethan's food an milk when they weren't around... More

Booked, arrived and hotel was closed up had to bang on windows to be let in. Empty hotel and taken to a room which window was left open to hide smell of smoke. No heating or hot water. Very small awful room, Lino on floor, terrible. Went to look for staff to turn on heating, there was no one about.... More

just returned from our third stay at this hotel . the rooms are very clean we have now stayed in 2 of the rooms we have not found any fault what so ever yes was a bit cold a heater was provided problem solved. the breakfast is fantastic freshly cooked plenty of coffee juice etc. we had a wonderful meal... Well we had the pleasure of a stay in alfies!.... I can honestly say I have never in my life stayed in such a dirty cold place,we arrived a Friday night was told to park in the car park which btw holds two cars!! Also a dirty mattress and rubbish at the side,entered through the back tripping over the hoover... More

Didn't pay much for a 3 night stay. Room was fine but bathroom very tired. Welcome fine and manager upgraded us to a better room. Bed comfy and duvet and pillows fine but the cleaners need a little bit of training. I can see that there are attempts to upgrade the downstairs rooms but stained tea cups let the place... More

Arrived no parking, very rude, rooms very very tired, you have to ask for every thing nothing just happens here.
