Stayed at the Vidella for one night (thank goodness thats all it was) I found the staff extremely rude - especially the cleaner who clearly thought she ran the place! Rubbish customer service, rude staff, dated room, ripped wallpaper, toilet did not flush and dirty used glasses seemed to be all over the place! My advice.....stay well away from this... more
